Managing occupancy and limiting food waste

Since 2020, Sharvy has been working with Groupe Atlantic to manage and optimise the occupancy of their cafeteria through a reservation system implemented at their Paris headquarters.

Some key information about this project:

  • 50 canteen places to be organised,
  • 3 lunch slots offered daily,
  • Limitation of food waste thanks to the knowledge of the number of people present.
