What is a "good" occupancy rate & below what threshold should action be taken?
A “good” occupancy rate is close to 100%. However, a rate of over 90% reflects a well-optimized company parking lot and/or workspace.
However, reviewing your space management is imperative if your occupancy rate falls below 70%.
Finally, if your occupancy rate fluctuates between 70% and 90%, note that adjustment measures must be considered to increase this score. To help you improve it, Sharvy experts are at your disposal, do not hesitate to ask them for advice by making an appointment!
Does Sharvy offer a "User Guide" for employees?
Yes, a welcome email is sent every time a user account is created. In this email, the user will find the first steps to get started with the Sharvy solution in the section called: “How it works?“. In parallel, on our website, employees can access the Sharvy solution knowledge base. This provides the administrator and users with answers to any questions/issues.
In addition, the administrator will be able to provide all users with a PowerPoint on which we explain – in detail – the key features of the Sharvy application, how to make a reservation request for a seat, how to use access control via the application, how reminder emails work, etc.
How long does the Sharvy solution take to deploy?
It is necessary to allow a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks from the reception by our support team for all the elements required to create the Sharvy space. However, the deployment time of the solution varies and may be longer depending on the profile of the space to be made (technical specificities or not, installation of access control equipment, specific developments, etc.).
